Class Registration Information

Our classes run from January to December, with time off around major holidays. We run 6 week sessions designed to provide individual attention and help in making your dog a part of your family.

A Registration and Orientation Class is held before each session. This orientation session introduces our instructors, training methods, and the activities you will participate in during the class. We STRONGLY recommend advance registration to assure your first choice class will be available.

To pre-register:
1. Contact Carol Lewinski at 973-827-1950 or by email at carol4dogs@aol.com for more information. You will receive a registration packet by mail shortly before the start of our next session.
2. Complete the June-July Registration Form section and detach it from the upper schedule portion of the form.
3. Click here to obtain a copy of our NWNJDTC Training Ring Rules.
4. Print out and read the copy of the Training Ring Rules.
5. Click here to obtain a copy of the NWNJDTC Waiver Form.
6. Print out and complete the Waiver Form. Don't forget to SIGN the form.
7. Mail the following documents to NWNJDTC c/o Carol Lewinski, 27 York Road, Newton, NJ 07860:

a) Class fee payment via check made out to NWNJDTC
b) Completed Registration Form
c) Completed Waiver Form
d) a copy of the veterinary proof of vaccination for rabies (or proof of vaccinations for enrollment in the Puppy Beginner Class)

Congratulations, and welcome to our dog obedience classes. Once we receive your registration documents, you will be automatically registered for our January session, and your place in the class of your choice is reserved.

We look forward to seeing you for the Orientation and Demonstration Class. Please remember, NO DOGS attend this first Orientation session. Please bring your dog's proof of rabies vaccination (or regular vaccination for Puppy Beginners) with you when you register for the class if you didn't include it with your pre-registration packet.

Minimum age of puppies for the Puppy Beginner Class is 12 weeks.
